Refund policy

Please note that if you have made a purchase at kaoriyatsumoto.com, we assume that you have read and are aware of the refund/exchange policy stated below.

 

Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout, and it depends on the weight and value of the item(s). 

 

We process your order within 1-3 business days, and the order will be shipped by Royal Mail service. Orders are not shipped on Sundays and public holidays.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase for any reasons, please contact us, in writing to kaori@kaoriyatsumoto.com, within 14days of receipt of your order, and send the item(s) back to us in another 14days.

Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

It is recommended returns are sent via recorded delivery as items lost in the post cannot be refunded.

Refund will be made after the item(s) return to us and confirm the condition of the item(s).

Refund will be made to your original payment method.

It can take several days for the bank or credit card to process the refund.

 

In the event that an item is faulty the full amount of the cost of the item and the original shipping cost to send the item to you will be refunded to you.

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
